Grilled Chicken Sticks

- Chicken boneless, skinless halves: 4
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Bamboo skewers: 20 soaked in water
- Vegetable oil: 3 tbsp
- Barbecue Sauce: 2 tbsp
- bread crumbs: 1 1/4 cup
- Soy sauce: 1 cup
Cut chicken halves into 1/2 or 3/ inch strips. Dip in soysauce for 15 minutes and then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Now insert those strips onto the skewer.
Place a charcoal or gas grill and heat it up for almost 10-15 minutes. Take a separate bowl and mix bar-b-q sauce and oil in it. Take a tray and spread bread crumbs on it.
Now take each skewer one by one and with the help of brush apply sauce mixture over it. Then finally dip into bread crumbs and place on grill. Repeat this with all skewer sticks with chicken strips.
Serve with your kids favorite dipping sauce or with tomato sauce.
